A regular appointment during the Covid-19 pandemic is up to 1 hour and you may bring a maximum of three (3) guests.

First select the appointment date you would like on the calendar. If a day is greyed out there are no appointments available on that day. Once a date is selected a list of available times will be displayed for you to choose.

Completing the rest of the form is optional but helps us plan.
